  "Description": "This is an EM algorithm based method for imputation of\nmissing values in multivariate normal time series. The\nimputation algorithm accounts for both spatial and temporal\ncorrelation structures. Temporal patterns can be modeled using\nan ARIMA(p,d,q), optionally with seasonal components, a\nnon-parametric cubic spline or generalized additive models with\nexogenous covariates. This algorithm is specially tailored for\nclimate data with missing measurements from several monitors\nalong a given region.",
